About Isophase CNC
Founded by Pete Sharman, Isophase CNC combines creative craftsmanship with precision CNC machining to deliver bespoke routing, cutting and fabrication services across the UK.
After graduating from LIPA (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts) in 2004, Pete began his career as a joiner in a set-building department, developing the practical skills and problem-solving mindset that remain at the heart of the business today. What started as a passion for making and manufacturing has grown into a specialist CNC routing company trusted by everyone from local businesses and independent designers, to major brands, television production companies and blue-chip organisations.
Based in Yorkshire, Isophase CNC transforms customer drawings and concepts into accurately routed, drilled and machined components using advanced CNC technology. Isophase works with a wide range of sheet materials including MDF, plywood, laminates, plastics, composites and specialist boards, producing everything from one-off prototypes and bespoke commissions to repeat production runs.
Our capabilities range from precision 2D CNC routing and cut-to-size components through to complex 3D projects, custom signage, exhibition displays, retail installations, point-of-sale displays, architectural features and television set pieces. Our work has featured in touring productions for ITV and RuPaul's Drag Race, alongside projects for local businesses, making scratch posts for cats through to planters for corporate companies and everything in between.
